As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Content Marketing Assistant to join our in-house team and help shape the voice and identity of gee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Blog Writing: Create regular blog posts that educate, inspire, and engage our audience, with a focus on hair care tips, styling guides, and brand stories.
• Email Campaigns: Write compelling email copy for product launches, promotions, and newsletters that drive conversions and brand loyalty.
• Website Copy: Update and optimise copy on our website, ensuring it’s aligned with our brand voice.
• Social Media: Craft catchy and shareable social media posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, aligning with current trends and our audience’s interests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent Writing & Grammar: Strong English language, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
• AI Familiarity: Comfortable working with AI tools to streamline content creation while maintaining a human touch.
• Creative Mindset: Ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
• Content Versatility: Experience writing for different platforms – blogs, social media, email marketing, websites.
• Attention to Detail: You’re a perfectionist for spelling, punctuation, and tone, ensuring every piece of content is polished and on-brand.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to learning and improving your skills, with a desire to grow within the company.
• Interest in Beauty & Fashion: A passion for the beauty industry, particularly hair care and styling, is a plus!

Additional Skills & Experience:

• Experience in content writing or copywriting (preferably in eCommerce or beauty industry).
• Familiarity with SEO: Basic understanding of SEO best practices and how they relate to content creation.
• Social Media Knowledge: Ability to write compelling copy for social media and understand what works in the digital space.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using content management systems (Shopify) and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo).
• Adaptable: Willingness to learn and grow in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
