Process Optimization: Assist with process improvement initiatives by identifying issues, documenting requirements, and suggesting potential enhancements for GTM Business Systems team Regional Operations & Ownership: Support Sales Operations activities in your region, acting as a point of contact for sales managers and helping surface local inefficiencies for global resolution. User Acceptance Testing: Contribute to testing new system functionality by documenting issues and feedback for the GTM Systems team prior to release Enablement & Documentation: Support the creation of enablement resources and documentation for process and system changes, and support rollout within their region.
