Position: Area Sales Manager - West Midlands / East Midlands / North Wales / Birmingham / Derby / M42 Corridor
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + bonus scheme + excellent benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Client Building Products.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Account Management: Oversee key accounts, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and grow market share.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and areas for product improvement.
• Reporting & Follow-Up: Participate in review meetings and provide regular performance updates.
