Generate own pipeline from referrals and cold canvas (25% of signings). Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs to secure deals. Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale. Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution.
