Apple Services is seeking a dynamic senior marketing leader with a passion for content & services to lead our marketing organisation outside the US. The Director of International Marketing will collaborate with global and local teams across Apple to ensure International Marketing is globally aligned and locally relevant. This role will focus on bringing teams together across multiple markets and languages to deliver best-in-class marketing programs and campaigns that delight our customers and support business growth.
DESCRIPTION
Set a vision for the International marketing organisation, establishing clear goals and objectives. Partner with leadership across Services, Marcom and Apple Marketing to align on priorities and develop key marketing initiatives that support business growth. Develop a deep understanding of the international business in order to recommend prioritisation across global campaigns and initiatives. Foster a sense of community across the international marketing team and develop impactful internal communication strategies. Partner with regional leads to understand local needs in order to advocate for resources and support, alongside opportunities for innovation. Lead a team that manages global programs outside the US, including advertising, affiliate and creator marketing alongside project management of multi-market launches. Ensure robust processes are in place to understand the performance and impact of all programs, projects and initiatives. Lead the annual planning process in collaboration with local & global cross-functional teams, producing a clear and measurable plan aligned with business objectives. Streamline workflows with a focus on tools, collaboration and communication, ensuring processes are in place to share knowledge, expertise and best practices. Produce status updates, reports and presentations for senior leadership that are clear and succinct. Regular travel will be required to connect with teams across the world.
