FIELD SALES MANAGER

Location: Outskirts of Cambourne, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (1 day in the office and 4 days remote)
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum + quarterly bonus (depending on experience)

We are looking for a confident Field Sales Manager to hit the road, win new business, and grow relationships across the UK. You will be selling high end products to a specialist client base including cosmetic surgeries, private hospitals, healthcare practitioners, dental professionals, and beauty clinics. This is a fantastic role for someone with a background in medical beauty devices or relatable industries.

· Generate and convert new leads across the UK
· Travel nationwide to meet clients face to face – overnight stays required
· Sell to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and dentists
· Present tailored solutions and showcase product benefits
· Negotiate, close deals and manage full sales cycle
· Attend trade shows, exhibitions and networking events
· Report on market trends, sales activity, and opportunities
· Collaborate with marketing to support sales strategy
