Managing a team of 3 direct reports (& 2 indirect reports) with at least ten years of product management experience under your belt, you bring deep expertise across digital product development, product operations and AI-first product thinking. You are as comfortable setting a long-term product vision as you are rolling up your sleeves to drive delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment. Leadership & Team Development Direct line management of the Product Managers (2) and the Product Design Manager (1). Continue to build and develop a high-performing Product organisation through coaching, mentoring, and active talent development. Provide clear line management and create an environment where the team can do their best work, proving a safe space for development & feedback. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner closely with Commercial, Revenue, Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure product strategy is tightly aligned with business objectives and member needs. Act as a trusted senior voice across the business, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proven experience building successful products at scale. Hands-on experience leading app development and optimisation, with an uncompromising focus on quality and user-centred design (Figma). Experience leading marketplace products, including scaling operations and improving platform efficiency. Data-driven mindset, with fluency in analytics tools and a habit of letting insight guide product decisions and user experience optimisation. Hospitality and/or membership experience is a plus, but not essential. Excellent leadership and communication skills — you can inspire and drive cross-functional teams, and know how to bring diverse stakeholders on the journey. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align product strategy with broader business objectives, working effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with confidence and clarity. Resilient and adaptable — comfortable shifting priorities at pace in response to evolving business needs.
