JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions within a digital-first pensions organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define optimal Salesforce configurations, drive innovation, and enhance customer engagement strategies. You will have the opportunity to shape CRM architecture and influence technology decisions across the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and data integration strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Salesforce Consultant certifications desirable (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud).
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership.

• Lead Salesforce solution design sessions and advise on best practices.
• Configure and customize Salesforce (Service & Marketing Cloud) to meet evolving business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs to maximize CRM ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement integrations and enhancements.
• Continuously monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Support roadmap planning and ensure alignment with long-term digital transformation goals.
