Upsizing and growing spend from these customers at our events and online. New business hunting using LinkedIn, competitor events, previous show data and industry websites. Understanding customer objectives and measures of success at our events. Customer account management and relationship building over Teams, Zoom, email and phone. Managing the daily pipeline on Salesforce. Participation in internal meetings and calls with the wider sales team and other departments within the division. During certain times of the year, international travel is required within Europe. Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours: Previous sales account management experience within a commercial role is advantageous. Experience of live events or digital media sales experience is advantageous. Experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is desirable. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work calmly when under pressure.
