Position: Sales Manager
Location: Hanley Branch, Stoke-on-Trent
Reports To: Branch Manager
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in property sales and valuation.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK property market and sales process.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property management software.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales department, ensuring that sales targets are met, and delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, valuation, and negotiation. You will play a crucial role in growing our property portfolio, managing client relationships, and driving revenue.
