What You’ll Do
Join us as the Brand Manager for STANLEY in the dynamic EMEA-ANZ region, where you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic brand marketing initiatives that ignite category growth and enhance brand equity. As the brand guardian for our Hand Tools category, you’ll lead the charge in developing and executing full-funnel campaigns, crafting compelling content, and spearheading go-to-market activations—all aligned with a data-driven end-user strategy. Collaborate with a diverse team across Product Management, Digital Marketing, Product Commercialisation, and Shopper Marketing, while partnering with top-tier agencies to deliver exceptional creative output across every channel and touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic brand campaign development and execution for the Hand Tools category across EMEA-ANZ, driving awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Translate brand objectives into insight-led marketing strategies, supporting consistent and compelling messaging aligned with global STANLEY positioning.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns from briefing to execution, covering traditional, digital, social, retail, and eCommerce channels.
  • Create and oversee campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand tone and core messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with Shopper Marketing to effectively connect online and in-store journeys, utilising data to track KPIs and optimise performance.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Digital Marketing, and regional teams to ensure brand consistency and relevance across 25+ markets.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and best practices, supporting the evolution of STANLEY’s brand identity through strategic experimentation.

  • Relevant Experience: Brand marketing experience, ideally in the tools industry or with a brand/advertising agency, with a focus on both professional and consumer audiences.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Campaign and Channel Expertise: Proven success in brand campaign planning, content development, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and in-store retail channels.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as PIM, DAM, social platforms, and eCommerce CMS.
