Key responsibilities include: * Deliver a seamless, compliant mobility lifecycle covering transfers, assignments and relocations from pre assignment through repatriation * Provide solution focused advice on immigration, tax and policy matters, researching complex issues and engaging internal specialists or external partners where required * Coordinate and oversee external mobility vendors, proactively managing service quality and ensuring smooth delivery across immigration, relocation and tax services * Support global mobility transformation by leading or contributing to projects that enhance processes, tools, workflows and the overall employee experience   What will you bring to the role?   We’re looking for someone who blends strong technical global mobility expertise with excellent communication and relationship building skills. You’ll be comfortable handling complex cases, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating technical concepts into clear, practical guidance. You’ll also bring the ability to understand systems, data flows and integration points that underpin global mobility operations.
