  • Job Type: Full-Time, On-SiteCompensation: Base salary + commission based on sales performanceBlue Valley Cabinets CA is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to help generate new business, manage customer relationships, and support our sales and digital marketing activities.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up with new sales leads.
  • Build relationships with builders, contractors, developers, designers, and homeowners.
  • Assist with quotations, customer follow-up, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Manage leads and opportunities using CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Support Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • Create and schedule social media content and promotional posts.
  • Assist with basic Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Make basic updates to our WordPress website.
  • Use AI tools for lead generation, company research, outreach, content creation, and daily productivity.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Comfortable using CRM and office software.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Able to work full-time on-site in Burnaby, BC.
  • Preferred QualificationsBasic WordPress experience.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
  • Experience in cabinetry, millwork, construction, building materials, interior design, home improvement, or B2B sales.

Candidates with strong sales ability, practical AI knowledge, and hands-on Meta/Facebook/Instagram experience will receive priority consideration.
