  • Manage the studio’s daily schedule, coordinate with instructors, and ensure smooth transitions between classes.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including membership management, scheduling teacher substitutes, and responding to client inquiries.

As the Receptionist, Studio Coordinator & Marketing Assistant, you’ll be the face of Goji Yoga & Wellness, ensuring our clients feel at home the moment they walk through our doors. In addition to overseeing daily operations and supporting our teachers and clients, you’ll also use your creativity to assist with social media and marketing efforts to grow our community and elevate the Goji brand.

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
  • Handle inquiries in person, via email, and over the phone with efficiency and care.
