This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the success of our products. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure our products meet market demands that align with the CLARK overall market strategy. This is an onsite position located in our Dallas, TX global HQ office in Flower Mound, TX. Essential Functions: Direct, guide and manage the commercial pricing analyst team. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats. Develop customer personas and buyer journey maps to inform marketing strategies. Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Develop pricing strategies and conduct product benchmarking. Manage all stages of the product lifecycle. Drive alignment across consumer, business, design, and technical requirements. Facilitate market-facing messaging and collateral related to sales, promotions, field marketing and channel support. Create training programs, sales tools and collateral for inside sales and field sales. Develop and maintain product value propositions, differentiators, and key messaging. Create persuasive marketing materials, including product briefs, sales collateral, and case studies. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. Collaborate with product management to align product features with market needs. Coordinate with sales teams to ensure effective product training and enablement. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
