We are a design and marketing agency with an enviable client list who are looking for a Client Account Executive to join the Us Creative team. This is a full time, permanent role based in our Southampton office.
Are you a detail-oriented team player with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our creative agency. You’ll work closely with account managers, creatives, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery for our high-profile clients.
In this role, you’ll assist in managing client relationships, preparing estimates, and coordinating schedules and deadlines. You’ll maintain clear communication between teams and clients, ensuring every detail - from artwork and proofs to fulfilment and delivery - is executed to perfection.

• Support the Senior Account Manager on various client projects.
• Maintain communication across internal teams and manage project timelines.
• Build strong client relationships and handle correspondence.
• Prepare and track project estimates, purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure timely release of proofs, artwork and deliveries.
• Conduct industry research to stay informed about trends and client competitors.
  You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly organised, proactive, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in project coordination or a creative agency is beneficial but not essential. This is an entry-level role.
