About The Role: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our Growth & User Acquisition efforts across the US–LAC region. In this role, you’ll help activate new UA channels, optimize existing ones, and support partnership-driven initiatives that improve CPA efficiency and campaign performance. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing activities that drive real results: MAU growth, stronger funnel conversion, and better ROI across performance channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn fast, work across multiple growth levers, and help build scalable processes in a high-impact team. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): User Acquisition & Performance: Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels: affiliate, rewards platforms, partner’s channels, and emerging UA sources; Test and validate new acquisition channels to improve CPA and increase overall efficiency; Support A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing flows; Partnership Support: Help execute partnership activations (sports, media, rewards, OEMs/mobile carriers), ensuring deadlines, creative assets, and deliverables are met Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Product, Legal, Finance, Compliance) to keep campaigns running smoothly Support the setup and tracking of promo codes, incentives, and user cohorts Data, Reporting & Execution: Track and report key KPIs: installs, conversion rate, CPA, MAU, and second-transfer funnel Maintain campaign dashboards and ensure accurate data inputs Prepare performance summaries and learnings for weekly and monthly business reviews Project Management: Keep workflows organized across teams and partners Support creative development and versioning for localized campaigns, especially ES and PT Help execute localized strategies by corridor (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala) What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role: They are highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
