Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing Operations, this person will collaborate across internal teams, lead business initiatives, and ensure that creative and marketing processes, workflows and team culture are all working together cohesively in support of the user and business goals. The successful candidate will be a highly-organized project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels in proactive communication and process optimization. They must be a self-starter who has a love for implementing processes, finding efficiencies, utilizing AI tools, executing on guidelines and can bring clarity and simplicity to complex situations and projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project Management Systems (Asana, Jira) strongly preferred. This role will work very closely with the Creative, Marketing and Editorial teams on Healthgrades, Healthline Media, Optum Now, and more.
