Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media & Marketing Assistant role based in Dubai. The Social Media & Marketing Assistant will support daily marketing activities, creating, editing and posting content, including managing social media accounts, creating strategy, and monitoring engagement across platforms. The role involves assisting with market research, helping to plan and execute promotional campaigns, and coordinating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The assistant will also respond to online inquiries, support content creation for digital channels, and provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Website and Ecommerce Support would be beneficial.

- Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.

Create engaging content, including graphics, short-form videos, captions, and stories.

Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publishing of posts.

Research industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to generate content ideas.

Monitor social media channels by responding to comments and messages when required.

Track campaign and content performance using analytics tools and prepare basic reports.

Support photo and video shoots, editing, and content production.

Website Development and Shopify automation would be an advantage.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Assist in influencer outreach and partnership coordination, where applicable.

Help optimize content for engagement, reach, and SEO best practices.

Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Perform other marketing and administrative tasks to support the communications team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite).

Basic understanding of social media analytics.

Creative, organized, and eager to learn.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
