Azienda operante nel settore delle tecnologie per il risparmio energetico, ricerca un/una Responsabile Marketing e Comunicazione da inserire nel proprio team di comunicazione aziendale. La figura avrà il compito di sviluppare e implementare strategie di marketing e comunicazione in linea con gli obiettivi di sostenibilità e innovazione tecnologica dell’azienda. Attività previste: Sviluppo e gestione di strategie di marketing e comunicazione, con focus sulle soluzioni tecnologiche per il risparmio energetico e la sostenibilità; Coordinamento delle attività informative riguardanti i prodotti e i servizi innovativi offerti dall’azienda, promuovendo i benefici per l’ambiente e l’efficienza energetica; Supervisione dei contenuti digitali e cartacei, per garantire una comunicazione coerente ed efficace attraverso tutti i canali aziendali; Collaborazione con le funzioni interne (sales, R&D, product development) per garantire coerenza nella comunicazione aziendale e il corretto posizionamento dei prodotti sul mercato. Requisiti richiesti: Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo o in ambiti analoghi (marketing, comunicazione, relazioni esterne), preferibilmente in settori tecnologici o green-tech; Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, gestire progetti multipli e rispettare le scadenze; Ottime doti comunicative; Conoscenza dei principali strumenti digitali e software di comunicazione (ad esempio Canva, CRM, piattaforme social); Attitudine al lavoro in team e buone doti relazionali, con forte orientamento alla sostenibilità e al settore delle tecnologie green. Offerta: Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con possibilità di rinnovo, full-time (dal lunedì al venerdì, 9:00–13:00 e 14:00–18:00); Formazione retribuita interna all’ingresso per familiarizzare con i processi aziendali e le soluzioni tecnologiche per il risparmio energetico.
