We are currently seeking an Email & SMS Marketing Manager & Klaviyo Specialist for a US-based company. This remote position allows you to contribute creatively while working from anywhere. In this role, you will blend design expertise with a deep understanding of email marketing strategies to create engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and high-performing email communications using Klaviyo. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy and execution of all email and SMS marketing campaigns. Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.) Develop and maintain a high-level campaign calendar aligned with marketing and business goals Analyze performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue) and continuously optimize campaigns.
