The Marketing Manager partners closely with regional and senior leadership to strengthen local brand presence, generate and accelerate leads, and deliver high-impact client experiences. This role drives the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, leads cross-functional initiatives, and ensures consistent, compelling brand storytelling across all touchpoints. Responsible for the development of high-impact proposals (RFPs/RFIs), presentations, and client-facing materials in close partnership with key stakeholders. Plan and execute regional events and experiences, overseeing strategy, budgeting, vendor partnerships, and execution to deliver measurable ROI and brand impact. Develop and manage integrated regional marketing campaigns across a mix of digital and offline channels, leveraging the most effective platforms and tactics to reach target audiences and drive results. Analyze campaign and initiative performance, translating data into actionable recommendations and continuously improving marketing effectiveness. Partner cross-functionally across the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with enterprise priorities. Maintain strong brand governance across all regional marketing efforts, ensuring consistency across platforms, tools, and materials.
