Description Job Summary: The Assistant Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a parking facility. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing financial transactions, and maintaining the safety and efficiency of the parking operations. The Assistant Manager also helps in planning and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Daily Operations: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the parking garage, including opening and closing procedures. Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of parking attendants, cashiers, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations. Facility Maintenance: Monitor the condition of the parking facility, including cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety compliance. Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs as needed. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Financial Management: Revenue Collection: Oversee the collection and reconciliation of parking fees, ensuring accurate and secure handling of cash and credit card transactions. Reporting: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including revenue summaries and expenditure reports. Budget Management: Help manage the facility’s budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Staff Management: Training: Provide training and development for new and existing staff members to ensure they are knowledgeable and capable in their roles.
