CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

This role includes the following responsibilities, which are not limited to:

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keeps all stakeholders informed with timely updates and relevant information.
• Analyzes data, evaluates results, and recommends solutions to improve outcomes.
• Performs other duties as assigned in support of the hotel’s business objectives.
• Participates in the Manager on Duty Program.
• Representing W London in various external marketing activities, conferences and meetings as required.
• Attends sales strategy meetings and other adhoc commercial meetings to provide input on weekly and overall marketing strategy.
• Researches competitor’s sales and marketing team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and RevPAR and increase market share.
