MDS has been in business since 2007 providing safe, reliable service with dedicated staff and business oriented independent contractors.  The Driver Recruiter will coordinate all aspects of the owner-operator recruiting process and attain measurable results while complying with company directives, local, state, national laws and regulations. Driver Recruiter Job Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting and retaining owner-operators in a multi-site organization. * Partner with Management to forecast and develop plans for key staffing/retention initiatives. * Manage full cycle recruiting process. * Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract qualified owner-operators. * Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting initiatives.
