Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Compliance & Productontwikkeling bij Topbrands duik je in de wereld van personal en home care producten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en compliance van de eigen producten én verpakkingen en controleert ook op intellectueel eigendom (merkenrecht). Daarbij verzorg je de juiste documentatie en etiketteringsinstructies en ben je sparringpartner in elke fase van de productontwikkeling. Een veelzijdige en uitdagende rol waarin jouw oog voor detail en scherpe signaleringsvermogen onmisbaar zijn! Samen met collega’s van Legal, Design en Purchase zorg jij dat alles klopt – tot in de puntjes. Jij houdt ervan als alles klopt, goed geregeld is en staat als een huis! Voorbereiden van etiketten binnen de ontwikkelplanning en briefen van het Design team; Controleren van product- en verpakkingsontwerpen vóór productie; Checken van intellectueel eigendom (merkenrecht) bij nieuwe designs; Waken over de productkwaliteit en verpakkingseisen; Proactief adviseren in elke ontwikkelfase; Afstemmen met het Legal team over wet- en regelgeving; Informatie en documentatie opvragen bij leveranciers/fabrieken; Gegevens verwerken in het ERP-systeem; Dossiers actueel houden en documentatie administratief verwerken.
