Cómo será el día y las responsabilidades: iderar la transformación digital de la operación de beneficios flexibles, impulsando automatización, innovación y mejores prácticas. Administrar y mantener operativamente las cuentas de clientes dentro de la plataforma, asegurando su correcta configuración, integridad y vigencia. Coordinar la operación diaria con aseguradoras, proveedores, áreas comerciales y equipos internos, garantizando el cumplimiento de procesos y niveles de servicio. Generar, validar y analizar reportes operativos, KPIs, movimientos de cuentas e incidencias, facilitando la toma de decisiones basada en datos. Monitorear y gestionar incidencias, riesgos y desviaciones operativas, asegurando resolución oportuna y promoviendo mejoras continuas. Presentar avances, resultados, hallazgos y riesgos a líderes del negocio, proponiendo acciones correctivas y oportunidades de optimización. Habilidades y experiencia que te llevarán al éxito Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Actuaría, Sistemas, Administración o carrera afín. Experiencia comprobable en: Operaciones digitales y administración de plataformas. Programas de beneficios flexibles o gestión de servicios relacionados. Administración de cuentas y operación de servicios para clientes corporativos. Experiencia en el sector asegurador (deseable), idealmente en brokers, con conocimiento de beneficios para empleados y operación de pólizas/cuentas. Manejo avanzado de: Excel Herramientas de análisis como Power BI (o similares) Experiencia en seguimiento de KPIs y SLAs. Experiencia en automatización, mejora de procesos (Lean / Six Sigma) y uso de IA aplicada a procesos operativos. Inglés intermedio-avanzado (indispensable para interactuar con equipos regionales/globales).
