Manage progression of all customer quotes above a stated revenue amount. 4. Manage the backlog of the customers. 5. Regularly interface with our manufacturing facilities in Thailand and Philippines to discuss delivery challenges. 6. Prepare all necessary customer documentation in line with the highest quality standards. 7. Identify and generate useful business intelligence and report to senior staff. 8. Recommend process improvements. 9. Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed. 10. Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
