We are seeking a skilled Bartender/ Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in the restaurant or food industry, preferably in a bartending role.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and serving techniques.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  Pay: $17.20-$17.30 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Work Location: In perso

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
• Process customer orders efficiently using the POS system.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items if applicable.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Maintain inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Further minor duties regarding health, hygiene and safety will be informed while hiring.
