JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic Property Management environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks within a factory setting. This role is essential for support daily operations by performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across multiple residential and commercial properties. This role requires someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Previous experience in general labour, property maintenance, or construction is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to lift, move, and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, company standards and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety practices.
• Customer Service oriented.
• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation is preferred.

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and basic seasonal tasks on properties (e.g., patching, painting, drywall, minor carpentry, fire checks, winter and summer activities, plumbing and electrical assistance, among others).
