Description We are looking for a sharp, organized International Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with clarity, and keeps multiple priorities moving at once. What You Will Do Manage the full PO lifecycle – Create, track, and maintain purchase orders from requisition through receipt, resolving discrepancies quickly and accurately. Own overseas supplier relationships – Lead weekly calls with international suppliers, manage delivery commitments, and drive 2–5% cost reductions through negotiation. Keep inventory moving – Monitor stock levels, process commercial invoices, match packing slips, and coordinate shipments across domestic and international channels. Track and improve supplier performance – Monitor on-time delivery and quality metrics, flag issues early, and hold vendors to clear expectations. Handle engineering changes and samples – Process engineering change notifications, manage sample POs, and support qualification documentation from start to finish.
