This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with deep experience in compliance and benefits administration who can also manage complex HR initiatives and serve as a trusted partner to the HR and payroll team. The Senior HR Generalist will place a critical role in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, overseeing benefits programs, and supporting the organization through scalable HR practices. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong relationship management.
