Ce pôle a la charge de garantir la stabilité, la qualité et l’amélioration continue du SI de Direct Assurance. Vous serez en charge : D’identifier, analyser et piloter la résolution des problèmes récurrents et irritants qui impactent la qualité de service et la satisfaction des utilisateurs métiers. De structurer et animer la gestion des problèmes, en synergie avec les Incident & Change Managers, les équipes techniques, les fournisseurs et les clients du SI. De conduire l’amélioration continue des processus liés à la résolution des incidents et des problèmes, en proposant et en accompagnant les évolutions auprès des équipes concernées. Vos missions principales seront les suivantes : Piloter l’activité “problèmes” au sein du pôle Incident, Problem & Change Management, en collaboration étroite avec les Incident & Change Managers. Identifier les problèmes récurrents et irritants : analyse de causes racines, priorisation selon l’impact métier et la fréquence, suivi du backlog et organisation des plans d’actions. Animer et coordonner les ateliers de résolution de problème et les rituels post-mortem, impliquant les équipes techniques, métiers et partenaires externes. Mettre en place et améliorer les outils de reporting et de suivi des problèmes (hebdo, mensuel), ainsi que les KPIs de qualité de service. Participer et animer les comités de suivi qualité, communiquer sur l’avancement des plans d’actions, et sur les résultats auprès des directions métiers et IT. Contribuer à la mise à jour et à la diffusion des procédures, du wiki et des bases de connaissance concernant la gestion des problèmes. Proposer et piloter des actions d’amélioration continue sur les processus de résolution d’incidents, de gestion des bugs et de correction des irritants. Accompagner la conduite du changement lors de la mise en place ou de l’évolution des process IT, en sensibilisant l’ensemble des acteurs impliqués.
