  • Sie beobachten Branchentrends, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Kundenbedürfnisse, um Wachstumschancen zu erkennen und auf dieser Grundlage geeignete Verkaufsstrategien abzuleiten, umzusetzen und zu optimieren.
  • Dabei pflegen und stärken Sie nicht nur die Beziehungen zu europäischen Bestandskunden, sondern identifizieren und gewinnen auch neue Großkunden, für die Sie strategische Account-Pläne mit klarer Roadmap und Meilensteinen erarbeiten.
  • Als Hauptanlaufstelle für die Kunden Ihrer Region sorgen Sie für anhaltende Kundenzufriedenheit und langfristige Partnerschaften, indem Sie den außergewöhnlichen Service sicherstellen, für den wir bekannt sind.
  • In diesem Rahmen kollaborieren Sie eng mit Kollegen aus verschiedenen Teams (Produktmanagement, F&E, Produktion und Lieferkette) und stellen nicht nur die reibungslose Projektabwicklung sicher, sondern bieten auch maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und innovative Ansätze für die Auftragsfertigung und - forschung.
  • Im Verhandlungs- und Vertragsmanagement führen Sie kommerzielle Verhandlungen, sorgen für Win-win-Vereinbarungen und engagieren sich für die Verbesserung des Margenmanagements und der wertorientierten Preisgestaltung.
  • Darüber hinaus ist Ihr Know-how auch im Performance-Monitoring und Reporting gefragt: Sie verfolgen Verkaufsleistungen, verfassen Berichte und ermöglichen der Geschäftsleitung fundierte Einblicke in Verkaufsaktivitäten, Prognosen und Trends.
