The role acts as a key contact for employees, HR teams, payroll teams, and external vendors, ensuring benefits are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and local requirements. Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefit plans, including retirement, insurance, wellbeing, and leave programs. Process enrolments, changes, and terminations accurately and within agreed service levels. Support benefits renewals, annual enrolment activities, and day-to-day vendor administration. Maintain benefits documentation, procedures, and employee-facing materials. Maintain benefits records and support data integrity, audits, reporting, and compliance activities. Liaise with benefit providers and support purchase order and invoice administration. Skills and Experience Required 5 years of experience in Benefits Administration, HR Administration, Payroll, or related HR functions. Experience supporting employee benefits program is desirable.
