Kundenservice - After Sales & Reklamationsmanagement (m/w/d)


Das Sind Deine Neuen Aufgaben


  • Bearbeitung komplexer technischer Reklamationen rund um Kaminöfen, Pelletöfen, Heizkessel, Solarthermie und wassergeführte Anlagen
  • Analyse technischer Fehlerbilder sowie Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungsmöglichkeiten
  • Abstimmung mit Herstellern, Lieferanten und Servicepartnern im Rahmen von Gewährleistungs- und Garantiefällen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kulanzentscheidungen und technischen Sonderfällen
  • Betreuung anspruchsvoller Reklamations- und Eskalationsfälle sowie lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Sonderfällen, z. B. Versicherungsfällen oder Sachverständigenanfragen
  • Planung und Koordination von Technikereinsätzen sowie Abstimmung mit unserer Werkstatt
  • Bearbeitung von Garantieabrechnungen und Unterstützung im Schaden- und Transportmanagement
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager, Einkauf, Produktmanagement und externen Partnern

Diese Fähigkeiten Bringst Du Mit


  • Idealerweise verfügst du über eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast Freude daran, technische Sachverhalte zu verstehen und kundenorientierte Lösungen zu finden
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und behältst auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick
  • Du kommunizierst sicher, empathisch und souverän – auch in schwierigen Kundengesprächen
  • Du triffst Entscheidungen verantwortungsbewusst und handelst lösungsorientiert
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und arbeitest sicher mit digitalen Systemen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Reklamationsmanagement, Kundenservice oder technischen Support sind von Vorteil
