Description
  We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for equipment reliability, preventive maintenance strategy, and day-to-day leadership of the maintenance team while partnering closely with Operations to support production and safety goals. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support maintenance team in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid power systems on CNC machines, automated equipment, and other metalworking equipment. * Support preventative and predictive maintenance efforts to minimize downtime and improve reliability. * Support with Hypro’s EAM CMMS software including work order tracking, PM schedules, and asset history. * Develop and support with maintaining & managing Hypro’s spare parts and inventory strategy to support uptime while controlling costs. * Oversee facility maintenance activities, equipment moves, and plant electrical systems. * Identify reliability improvement opportunities and support capital planning and equipment upgrades. * Manage maintenance vendors and contractors to ensure quality, safety, and performance. * Supervise, train, and develop maintenance team members, including scheduling, performance reviews, and corrective action as needed. Qualifications * 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience is a plus. * Strong electrical and industrial electronic troubleshooting skills, including CNC controls. * Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication and organizational skills.
