EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• UiPath Professional certification

EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience implementing Robotic Process Automation technologies (e.g., Blue Prism, Ui Path, Pega)
• 2+ years of experience in programming (e.g. C#, VB.NET, Java, etc.)
• Understanding of the RPA software capabilities used for automation
• Experience working on agile teams
• Experience developing solution designs for process improvements.
• Experience working with source control tools (e.g. GitHub, TFS, SVN)
• Experience with cloud deployment of RPA Solutions.
• Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse types of audiences in a way that establishes rapport and gains understanding
• Experience with writing SQL queries.
• Write and maintain software code from front-end interfaces to back-end logic for applications, systems, or tools that access or retain all or some data related to customers, financial information, or personally identifiable information (PII).   Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site/in-person collaboration with teammates and stakeholders and may require up to 10% travel.
  Additional Information: The salary range offered for this position is $75,600 - $103,950 per year. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

ROLE:

As an RPA Engineer II, you will develop and configure automated workflows using RPA tools. You will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy automation workflows, provide guidance on process design, and support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and support RPA solutions, leveraging UiPath tools
• Write efficient, well-documented code for automating identified processes.
• Configure RPA tools to ensure optimal performance and adherence to industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing to validate the reliability and accuracy of automated solutions.
• Integrate RPA solutions seamlessly with existing systems and applications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deploy automation solutions into production environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployed solutions to maintain continuous functionality and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed RPA solutions and generate regular reports on performance and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions
• Support the launch and implementation of RPA processes
• Troubleshoot production issues
