KEY PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION:

• Support Price’s sales team and aid in meeting profit goals related to a specific to the Noise Control Product Line.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers to facilitate the specification and sale of the relevant products, including guidance on application, performance, troubleshooting, competitiveness, sales and pricing of product and services.
• Assist the engineering design team on special requests.
• Educating the Industry on how to use our products to mitigate noise in

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE’S RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• The primary responsibility of this position is to provide the best technical support in the industry to all our customers. Responsibilities including:
• Selection and layout of products and accessories.
• Provision of performance data, specifications, literature, etc. to support noise control product sales.
• Guidance on product competitiveness.
• Support of the bid process.
• Quoting special product.

1. Project management from initial contact through final client sign-off:

• Ensure all custom requests are acknowledged within the first 6 hrs.
• Manage workload with a sense of urgency.
