Qualifications What You Bring to the Table: At least 3 years of experience in delivery of significant behavioral health services. Must be able to demonstrate de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, positive support methods and person-centered approach. At least 1 year of lead staff experience in residential services or a two-year degree in a related field. Need the ability to understand and implement behavior support plans (BSP), treatment plans, functional assessments, individualized support plans (ISP), and person-centered plans. Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED Passion for Helping Others: Experience with mental health conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety) Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation. Good communication is key in this role.
