Overview UF Health is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to lead financial analytics and contract negotiations across assigned initiatives. This role is critical to UF Health's transformation into a unified clinical enterprise, requiring a thorough review and standardization of legacy agreements historically managed by separate hospitals. The ideal candidate will balance quality, service, availability, and value while aligning sourcing strategies with clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 3 years in financial analysis or vendor/contract management. Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical and presentation capabilities. Knowledge of healthcare contract law and clinical product categories.
