The team works collaboratively to provide evidence-based interventions, outreach, and holistic support for young people and their families. Your role, your impact As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a key role in supporting young people to improve their mental health, wellbeing, and engagement with life. Your key responsibilities will include: Providing assessment, case coordination, and therapeutic support to young people with complex mental health needs Delivering evidence‑based interventions onsite, via telehealth, and through community outreach Building strong, supportive relationships with young people, families, and community partners Developing care plans and completing referrals to ensure coordinated, holistic care Managing an active caseload and following up to support young people to achieve their goals Developing and facilitating group programs as required Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contributing to meetings, clinical discussions, and program planning Your work will have a meaningful impact—supporting young people to build hope, resilience, and pathways toward recovery.
