Healthcare Assistant – Autism Specialism Location: BS23 2PE Contract Length: Ongoing Employment Type: Ad-hoc Shift Booking


Join Seven Resourcing's dynamic team as a Healthcare Assistant specializing in supporting individuals with autism. In this rewarding role, you will work for one of Seven Resourcing’s trusted healthcare clients, providing exceptional care and support to those who need it most. Pay, shifts and working pattern

- Week Day: £12.71 + £1.53 holiday pay = £14.24 per hour

- Week Night: £13 + £1.57 holiday pay = £14.57 per hour

- Saturday Day: £13 + £1.57 holiday pay = £14.57 per hour

- Saturday Night: £13.30 + £1.61 holiday pay = £14.91 per hour

- Sunday Day: £13.50 + £1.63 holiday pay = £15.13 per hour

- Sunday Night: £13.50 + £1.63 holiday pay = £15.13 per hour

- Bank Holiday Day: £14.50 + £1.75 holiday pay = £16.25 per hour

- Bank Holiday Night: £14.50 + £1.75 holiday pay = £16.25 per hour

- Shifts: 08:00 - 20:00, 20:00 - 08:00

What you will do

- Provide holistic care and support to individuals with autism, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs

- Assist with everyday tasks, ensuring a safe and supportive environment is maintained at all times

- Monitor and record patient conditions and progress, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals

- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans

- Uphold the highest standards of care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines


What you’ll need

- At least 6 months’ recent experience in a healthcare setting within the UK, with a focus on autism support

- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship

- Completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) training

- Manual handling certification

- Evidence of practical training relevant to the role

- Two references from recent employment in healthcare

- Compliance with enhanced DBS checks
