Champion best practices for unit testing, integration testing, and Domain Driven Design (DDD) to maintain system integrity. Collaborate with Product Owners and UX designers to refine requirements for high-impact interoperability initiatives. Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
