Lyra is seeking a Network Strategy and Planning Associate to join our international operations team. In this role, you will contribute to the long-term network growth strategy with a global focus. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional who demonstrates strong critical thinking, excels at analyzing complex data, and can drive projects forward. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the development of business cases and driving cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic environment.
This is a full time (Monday to Friday), remote working role with the occasional need to travel to the London office.
To be considered for this role, you must be based in the UK or ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1 - 3 years of management consulting experience or strategy & planning experience in an innovative health care sector.
• MBA, MHA, MPH desirable but not required
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with MS Excel.
• Ability to ensure accuracy of data and maintain confidentiality, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to follow through on project and programmatic tasks to completion.

• Develop business cases for new products or services by gathering and analyzing data, collaborating with clinical, product, and sales teams.
• Support the co-design of Lyra’s network strategy in partnership with key stakeholders
• Provide project management support for strategic initiatives, helping to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Conduct analyses of unstructured and multi-variable data to support strategic planning, partnerships, and network development, extracting actionable insights.
• Interface with operations teams to investigate and help address near-term operational risks.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and progress on shared goals.
