Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, including OSHA and licensing requirements. Lead and continuously improve company-wide safety programs, policies, procedures, SOPs, and management systems. Conduct hazard assessments, risk mitigation, safety audits, inspections, and corrective action initiatives.
