Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of experience in sourcing for financial services at a fast-paced corporate environment or recruiting agency. Proven experience in a sourcing or recruiting role, in a high volume or specialized industry. Exceptional written/verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Experience using recruiting and sourcing platforms is a must. Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques & tools.
