People in this job classification must be detail oriented and possess above average problem-solving skills. Previous experience with FANUC or Mitsubishi controls in an aerospace or medical manufacturing environment is a plus. This is a small batch production environment.     Position Responsibilities:  * Setup and operate CNC Machine Tools to include Horizontal Machining Centers, Turning Centers, Mill-Turn Machines  * Machine complex parts from a variety of materials * Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels * Identify and record any product quality problems * Verify the implementation of solutions * Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected * Inspect parts that they manufacture and perform the related   Position Requirements:  * People in the Machinist 1-1 job classification must be able to read engineering drawings and precision measuring tools * Own or be willing to purchase all necessary tools of the trade * Perform CNC Machine Tool setup and operation * Perform CNC program editing in a G&M code format  * Perform routine machine maintenance   Education/Certifications:  * High School Diploma or equivalent.
