Superintendent Location: Austin, TX Gordon Highlander is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Superintendent to lead field operations and ensure the successful execution of commercial construction projects throughout the South/ Southeast. This position plays a critical leadership role in managing project schedules, quality, safety, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships while delivering exceptional project outcomes. A Gordon Highlander Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the overall success of assigned projects from mobilization through closeout. They possess the ability to effectively multitask, prioritize critical milestones, and adapt to changing project demands while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability. They have developed the skill sets and construction expertise necessary to manage a full range of project and client complexities, earning the confidence and trust of both Clients and Project Teams. The Superintendent honors the Gordon Highlander Client Centricity Culture and is a collaborative, cross-functional team player with a servant's heart.
