Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.  The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.  Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.    What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)   * Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience providing housing services to clients or Associates Degree in social services field and three (3) years of experience providing housing related services to behavioral health clients or five (5) years of experience providing housing related services to behavioral health clients * Must understand and apply of Federal, State, and local housing rules and regulations * Knowledgeable of cultural and socio-economic factors that inform service provision to persons with behavioral health issues * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment  * All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
